Hi! I'm a model from the north of Germany with a love for fantasy, vintage & gothic photos. I am also the make-up artist in all photos here and photographer of many of them. Sometimes I also make my own costumes. These days, I am most active as a photographer and have my studio in Hamburg where I shoot photos just like you see here. Interested in a collaboration? I'm not online here very often so please make sure to send an e-mail. I don't do nudes or fetish stuff, please don't ask. Editing my photos? Do not edit my finished artworks. I am fine with it if people use my artworks as references for their drawings but I do not allow anyone to edit the photos from this gallery. BUT you can check out my stock account and use what you find there, as long as you read and follow the rules at the front page: La-Esmeralda-Stock

Drawing my photos? Feel free to do it! I love seing artworks that are inspired by my pictures, as long as you don't alter my photos themselves. If you make something completely new, that is cool, but for editing look at the previous passage. Please send me a link so I can have a look and always tag me wherever you post it. Posting / using my photos on other pages? If you want to post my photos on your page (for example a dark art fanpage or sth. like that) please do not edit them / alter them in any way, do not crop my watermark and always make sure to copy all the credits that you find in the description of my photos. Do not put text on my photos. Always link back to me! Do not claim my photos as your own! Do not change them to black&white either! All I ask for is to respect the artists who were involved into the creation of my photos so please GIVE CREDIT.

You are NOT allowed to use my photos in your online shop or any other commercial context! I sell my work for commercial usage and you can also book me directly to shoot something exclusively for you. Many of the shoots here are from photo shoots for designers and shops who pay me for my work. So please understand that it would be unfair if you would just use these photos for free. If you use my work without permission it is copyright infringement and you can expect to get a letter from my lawyer! Apart from that I don't bite and am always happy about new collaborations.
