I dig the lighting, flatters her skin nicely. The eyes glow with the right amount, and the saturation punch is eye-catching. The two expressions are pleasant as well.

The only thing I am not incredibly fond of is the hair and background. The hair is bunched up and looks like it was erased off the background with a loose mask, and the background makes her look like she's floating off the ground. Perhaps if you were to darken the background, make her hair feather into the darkness, it might be more appealing.

Really well done though, with minor exceptions of the hair placement <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>
